About Brie Doyle
Personalized Coaching to Help You Build a Career That Truly Works for You
Coaching Rooted in Research
Brie Doyle is an iPEC-certified early career coach dedicated to helping young professionals navigate their careers with clarity and confidence. She works with clients to identify their strengths, define meaningful goals, develop key skills, navigate workplace challenges, and build career paths that feel both successful and fulfilling.
Brie holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a PhD in Special Education, giving her a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and reach their potential. While studying for her PhD at the University of Maryland, she taught undergraduate and graduate students, creating assessments, providing feedback, teaching professional skills, mentoring students in the field, and serving as an intermediary between supervisors and students.
Brie's PhD also uniquely equips her to support high-achieving neurodivergent individuals as they navigate new careers and workplace environments. She founded and ran an academic tutoring and consulting practice supporting neurodivergent and learning-disabled students from elementary school through university, with a focus on developing time management and organizational skills, learning to give and receive feedback, and building the foundational skills needed to thrive. She brings both deep understanding and practical strategies to help these clients succeed on their own terms.
Drawing on her education, teaching and mentoring experience, academic research, and industry-informed coaching methods, Brie provides thoughtful, personalized guidance tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances. She doesn't believe in the one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, she draws from her wide-ranging experience, education, and training to help each individual succeed and thrive.
Shaped by Real Leadership
Before becoming a career coach, Brie gained extensive experience managing and leading teams at a major nonprofit organization. She has also spent several years mentoring through the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Washington, D.C., supporting emerging professionals as they navigate the early stages of their careers.
Through these experiences, Brie saw firsthand the disconnect in how young professionals are managed and supported in the workplace. Many talented individuals are expected to figure things out on their own without the guidance or tools needed to truly succeed.
Brie's goal is to help her clients bridge that gap, providing them with the support, skills, and real-world know-how needed to thrive in the workplace — all with a down-to-earth approach in a judgment-free environment. Many of her mentees and clients have described her as "the big sister you didn't know you needed." That combination of insight, encouragement, and practical guidance continues to shape her career coaching today.
No Two Clients Are Alike
Brie does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every situation, organization, and individual is different, and she takes the time to fully understand each client's goals, environment, and challenges before developing thoughtful strategies for change.
When working with Brie, you can expect down-to-earth and highly professional coaching. Whether you're an early-career professional or an HR specialist, she provides individualized guidance and clear, actionable plans designed to help you navigate challenges and move forward with confidence.
Brie works alongside her clients every step of the way, helping them build the clarity, skills, and confidence needed to create careers that truly work for them.
